Because every item is custom made and printed on demand, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our production process. Please read the details below before requesting a cancellation, replacement, refund, or reshipment.

We accept returns or replacements only when there is a printing issue, quality issue, wrong item, or defect caused by our production process.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after being created.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email at [email protected].

Self-cancellation is only available within the first 12 hours after your order is created. After this 12-hour window, your order cannot be cancelled because it may already be in production.

Notice Please contact us as quickly as possible. Once the production process begins, we may no longer be able to stop or cancel the order.

How Do I Return or Exchange My Shirt?

Each order is custom made and printed on demand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing or quality issue.

In the rare event that your order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free reprint as soon as possible.

If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund may be provided.

  • Printing defect or quality issue.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Damaged or faulty product.
  • Verified production mistake.
No Need to Send It Back In most cases, there is no need to return the item to us. Please donate the item to a local charity or someone in need and confirm with us.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

If you place an order with the wrong size because the sizing chart was not reviewed carefully, we cannot treat it as a production error.

However, we will still try our best to help you with a replacement solution.

We can print a new replacement for you without taking any profit.
You will need to pay the production fee plus the shipping fee.
We will let you know the total price and send an invoice via PayPal.
We will send the sizing chart again for your confirmation before printing.
The replacement order will be processed after payment is received and will be placed on priority.

Made a Mistake With My Order

If the issue is related to specific ink colors or shirt colors, please note that digital images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, phone screens, and display settings, we cannot be responsible for slight color variations between the actual product and your screen.

If the mistake is ours, we will make it right. It does not happen often, but nobody is perfect. If you receive the wrong item or there is a defect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Please email us with your order number.
  • Send a clear photo of the issue.
  • We will review and verify the claim.
  • We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund if the product is faulty.
Important Color & Design Notice If you order an item but ignore the design and shirt color combination, this is not considered our production fault. For example, if you order a white t-shirt with white lettering, our automatic system may still process the order as selected.

Wrong Design or Color Selection

Please review your selected product design, shirt color, size, and order details carefully before checkout. Our production system is automatic, and we print based on the order information submitted by the customer.

If the selected design and shirt color do not match well, or if the wrong color was chosen by mistake, we will still try to help. However, this will follow our return or exchange support policy.

  • Customer-selected wrong size is not a production defect.
  • Customer-selected wrong shirt color is not a production defect.
  • Design visibility issues caused by customer color selection are not production defects.
  • Replacement may require production fee and shipping fee.

My Package Is Being Returned in the Mail. What Do I Do?

If we ship your order to the address you provided and the package is sent back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, the tracking status may show “Return to Sender.”

You can check the status using the tracking number sent to your email. In this case, please contact us immediately.

Reshipment Fee We can reship the item, but you will need to pay approximately $6–$8 for reshipping plus $2–$4 for service fees.
